"I've been buying this particular soap for years and the quality used to be much better but now it seems there's quite a bit of air holes in every other bar. Also had some issues accessing my rewards and I've been in touch and not had a response a few times as well as regarding a recent order where I did not receive my free lip chap for my crates I ordered I hadn't heard back from that either. Unfortunately customer service is non-existent lately"
